canon point: default is post-tros obviously with ben alive and (mostly) well.
physical affection: pre-ben solo (aka kylo ren) abhors physical affection and won’t give or accept any. post-kylo ren (aka ben solo) is still a little uncomfortable with physical affection, but he’s learning that touch can be healing from the right person.
physical violence/fighting: kylo/ben is a big guy and he uses that to his advantage, but because he’s a big guy, he’ll tire a little quicker than, say, rey.
relationships: when it comes to rey, he’s all for it (shippy and smutty reylo is totally okay with me), but, even with rey, physical affection is still something he’s getting used to.
